Terms and Conditions for TeleRespons
Draft version for MVP. These terms are a practical starting point and should be reviewed before paid commercial launch.
1. The service
TeleRespons provides tools for business call intake, recording, transcription, AI-assisted interpretation, employee matching, notifications and administration of call recipients.
2. Account setup
Customers are responsible for providing correct company information, call recipient information, email addresses and telephone configuration. TeleRespons may require manual approval before a demo or paid account becomes active.
3. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, fraud, misleading communication, unauthorized recording or processing of data without proper legal basis.
4. Availability and fallback
TeleRespons aims to provide reliable service, but telephony, email, AI, hosting and third-party integrations may occasionally fail or be delayed. Fallback handling may be used where available.
5. AI-generated results
Transcriptions and AI interpretations can contain errors. Customers should treat generated results as operational assistance rather than guaranteed factual records.
6. Prices and payment
Subscriptions, usage packages, add-ons and billing periods are shown at signup or in the customer agreement. Prices may be updated with reasonable notice. Failed payment may lead to suspension until payment is resolved.
7. Customer data
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information added to the service. TeleRespons processes the information to provide the service.
8. Termination
A subscription may be cancelled according to the selected plan or agreement. Upon cancellation, access may be deactivated and data may be deleted after applicable retention periods.
9. Limitation of liability
TeleRespons is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost opportunities or consequences of incorrect routing, failed notifications or third-party outages, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
