Draft version for MVP. This policy describes how TeleRespons expects to process personal data. It should be reviewed before commercial launch.
1. Who we are
TeleRespons provides business call management tools that help companies receive, process and route messages from incoming calls.
2. Data we may process
Depending on how the service is used, we may process company details, contact persons, employee names, work-related contact information, incoming caller numbers, call recordings, transcriptions, AI-generated interpretations, routing results and operational logs.
3. Purpose of processing
We process data to deliver call handling, transcription, employee matching, notifications, customer support, billing, security, abuse prevention and service improvement.
4. Call recordings and transcriptions
Call recordings may be temporarily processed to generate transcriptions and route messages. Customers are responsible for ensuring that callers are informed where required by applicable law.
5. Service providers
TeleRespons may use selected providers for telephony, hosting, email delivery, payment processing, automation and AI processing. These providers may process data only as necessary to deliver the service.
6. Retention
Operational data is kept only as long as needed for service delivery, documentation, billing, security and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by account type and plan.
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers must only upload employee and caller-related information where they have a lawful basis to do so. Customers must keep their employee directory accurate and avoid adding unnecessary sensitive information.
8. Rights
