Terms and Conditions for TeleRespons
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of TeleRespons, including demos, subscriptions, telephone numbers, customer portals, employee portals, partner portals, support and related services.

1. The service
TeleRespons provides AI-assisted business call handling. The service may include telephone numbers, inbound call handling, recording, transcription, AI-assisted interpretation, employee or department matching, e-mail notifications, SMS functionality, call logs, portals and related administration features.
2. Demo access and approval
Demo access may be subject to manual review before activation. TeleRespons may refuse, suspend or limit access if information is incomplete, incorrect or if the service appears to be used for misuse, unlawful activity or purposes that may harm the system, third parties or TeleRespons.
3. Subscription, payment and prices
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan, country, currency and add-ons. Prices may vary by market. Payment is handled through Stripe or another stated payment provider. TeleRespons does not store card details.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. TeleRespons may change prices with reasonable notice.
Refunds and payment fees
When a completed payment is refunded, the agreed refundable amount is returned to the customer’s original payment method. Refunds are handled through Stripe and may typically take 5-10 business days to appear on the customer’s statement.
Stripe and payment provider fees for the original payment are not refunded by Stripe. If the customer cancels, regrets or requests a refund after payment has been completed, TeleRespons may deduct an administration fee of 10% of the paid amount as well as non-refundable payment provider fees, unless otherwise agreed or mandatory law provides otherwise.
4. Telephone numbers, porting and operation
Telephone numbers may be provided by TeleRespons or through a telecom provider. Number porting requires documentation and approval from the correct company or authorised person.
The customer must not use TeleRespons for unlawful calls, spam, misleading communication, harassment or other misuse.
5. No emergency calling
TeleRespons is not a replacement for ordinary telephone service for emergency calls. Telephone numbers, forwarding, AI answers, SMS, voicemail, call logs and portals are not designed or approved for contacting emergency services. The customer must ensure that employees and users have a separate emergency calling solution.
6. AI, recordings and errors
TeleRespons uses automated transcription and AI-assisted interpretation. AI may make mistakes, misunderstand names, topics or details, and fallback may occur. The customer is responsible for reviewing important messages and following up where necessary.
7. Customer responsibility
The customer must keep company details, employees, recipients, absence settings, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and payment information correct and lawful.
8. Support and changes
TeleRespons may change, improve or extend the service over time. Material changes to an active subscription will be communicated with reasonable notice where relevant.
9. Limitation of liability
TeleRespons is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, lost revenue, lost data or losses caused by third-party providers, telecom operators, payment providers, hosting providers, AI services or communication platforms. TeleRespons’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the latest month of service, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
10. Termination
Subscriptions may be terminated according to the applicable plan or agreement. When terminated, telephone numbers, portals, call logs and related functions may be deactivated.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law unless mandatory rules in the customer’s country state otherwise.
